What we process when you create an AI video, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Data we process

When you create an account we store your email address and name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile picture; for an email sign-up we store a securely hashed password. To render a video we process the photos you select, your chosen length and tier, and basic technical data such as your IP address. Your credit balance, purchases and renders are linked to your account to run the free daily preview, bill credits and prevent abuse; none of it is used for ad profiling.

We may collect anonymous, aggregated events such as page views, successful uploads, finished renders and error codes. We never need your name, phone number or address to make a video. If you write to support, we receive what you include in your message.

How your photos are used

Photos are downscaled in your browser and used only to produce the render you requested. If an external AI video model processes the job, it receives only the media and direction required. Source files are kept for a short processing window and are never used to train our own models. Renders are made by ByteDance’s Seedance model through the API provider APIMart: your photos first pass an automated face and content-safety review there, then the clip is rendered. This processing may take place outside your country, including in China.

Only upload photos of people who agreed to it. Do not upload sensitive material, ID documents, financial or medical records, or images of minors.

Tools that run on your device

The photo checker works entirely inside your browser. Photos you analyze with the photo checker are never sent to us.

Cookies, analytics and local storage

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect sign-in against forgery; the account features need them. Local storage may remember small interface choices, such as a dismissed language banner or your analytics choice.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregated usage, such as page views, renders started and prompts copied. It sets first-party analytics cookies, does not receive your photos and is never used for advertising. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are only measured after they allow it; everyone else can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies. We set no advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

Render records are kept only as long as needed to run the service, deal with abuse and meet legal duties. Temporary source media is deleted after processing. Finished clips can expire from temporary storage, so download what you want to keep. Your photos are removed from the AI provider’s review library when a render finishes or fails, usually within minutes (if the provider can’t be reached, we retry daily), and the provider’s temporary upload links expire within 72 hours.

To have your render data or support messages deleted, email support@aiburningbridges.co with the approximate time and the generation ID. Some records may have to be kept where the law requires.

Providers and security

We use hosting, database, storage, email, security and AI video providers that act on our instructions under their own contractual safeguards. Some card payments are processed by our resellers and merchants of record for those orders, Paddle.com or Waffo.com Limited (waffo.ai); payments through Stripe’s checkout are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. Your card and PayPal details go straight to them and never touch our servers; Paddle and Waffo handle the billing details they collect under their own privacy notices. Access to production systems is restricted. Our main providers are Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Paddle, Waffo, Stripe and PayPal (payments), and APIMart with ByteDance Seedance (AI video), so your data may be processed in the United States, China and other countries.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal data. Write to support@aiburningbridges.co with the subject “Privacy request”; we will verify it and reply within the period required by law.
